Due to the refrigerated nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If you should have a problem with your shipment of AJEEKA™, you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us here in the event of a problem with your order. We will always work to make sure you are happy with your order. Please note, we take great care with product temperature in shipping AJEEKA™, and we cannot replace product that has not been kept refrigerated after receipt.
Because our product needs to be refrigerated, we ship in an insulated shipping container with ice packs, and use 2nd day shipping. You should refrigerate your order as soon as you receive it. If sending as a gift, there is no paperwork with the shipment that indicates its price. With that being said, it's safe to let the recipient know that they'll be receiving a gift from you that needs to be refrigerated when they get it. Also, because we use good quality, food safe ice packs when shipping your products, you can re-freeze and reuse them many times
We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday, so the product is not in transit over the weekend. Orders received by Monday 5:00 p.m. Eastern will be shipped by Tuesday. Orders received after that will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
